What will this involve?

A PAS assessor will schedule a date and time to meet you at your farm location, residence or business location.  The assessor will need to have an understanding of your farm operation regarding total acres, crops/varieties planted in each field and will review invoices for the seed planted and chemicals applied to these acres.

What do I need to do?

If you don’t have your seed and chemical invoices, FSA Form 578, field planting records, these will need to be requested from your retailer(s) and your local FSA office.  Have these forms available at the time of the assessment.

How long will it take?

This will vary based on farm size and availability of the records.  We would expect a half day to review records.  Some growers may be selected for field sampling which may take more time for the assessor to complete.

Where can I send questions?  - Best to contact pas@precisionags.com and we will follow up with you.
